CUPE 2010, representing municipal workers in the Resort Municipality of Whistler and the Village of Pemberton launched a new website this week, 2010.cupe.ca.
“Our executive hopes that members find this website useful for information about their collective agreements, benefits, and how to contact their union,” said CUPE 2010 President Pete Rozsa. “It’s also a great place for the public to hear firsthand from our members about the services they provide.”
CUPE. 2010 members provide essential services including clean drinking water, maintaining the safe operation of wastewater treatment plants, snow removal and road upkeep, servicing all Whistler’s RCMP and Fire Rescue vehicles, ensuring the arena refrigeration plant and swimming pool are safe at Meadow Park Sports Centre, and keeping parks and trails safe and clean for area residents and visitors.
